    &lt;I&gt;Retirement income is taxed in your state of residence, where you receive it and not where you "earned" it.&lt;/I&gt;
  &lt;/B&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are residents of OK, report this income on your OK return. Unless you have KS-source income (e.g. rental real estate, business income) you don't need to file a KS return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
