      <description>&lt;P&gt;All you can do here is enter the dividend "as if" you DID receive a 1099-DIV.&amp;nbsp; You might want to ask your broker about how much of this is "qualified dividends".&amp;nbsp; Don't worry about "but I didn't receive a 1099-DIV!"&amp;nbsp; If you look at Schedule B itself - &lt;A rel="nofollow" href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sb.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sb.pdf&lt;/A&gt; - you'll see there's no reference to "1099-DIV" there at all.&amp;nbsp; Simply payer's name and amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom Young&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
