import 1099 not showing up in my return

I tried to import 1099 from charles schwab. it gave me the message "success and return to turbo tax". However, it did not show up in my return. What should i do?

same thing happens with me with JP morgan. what did you do to fix it?

i setup my firefox to block most connections. i went back to ok the link/connection to get the 1099 into my mac/turbo tax. Hope this help.
