      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can report the income on Schedule E for rental income and expenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you are entering the information about your rental property, you will see the question asking if you own the property.&amp;nbsp; You will need to answer the question as if you do own the property.&lt;/P&gt;Then,
 when you are entering the expenses, be sure that you do not enter 
depreciation for the property since you do not own it.&amp;nbsp; You also would 
not be claiming mortgage interest or property taxes.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
