&lt;LI&gt;Recording fees.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Surveys.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Transfer taxes.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Title insurance.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Any amounts the seller owes that you
agree to pay, such as back taxes or interest, recording or mortgage fees, charges
for improvements or repairs, and sales
