      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;Not sure. &amp;nbsp;We need some additional information from you regarding your 1099-K. &amp;nbsp;1099-Ks are typically issued by payment settlement entities, such as PayPal or Venmo. &amp;nbsp;A taxpayer reports rental property income on Schedule E. &amp;nbsp;Income from a business activity gets reported on Schedule C.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;Why did you receive a 1099-K? &amp;nbsp;Was it given to you by tenants in your rental property? &amp;nbsp;What were the facts regarding why you received a 1099-K in connection with your business? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's Airbnb Income.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to 1099 to one of the owners of a home I manage. That part of it is a schedule C. The rest of the income is split between the rentals I own.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not ideal but that is what you're going to have to do. &amp;nbsp;Save all of your records to prove that the 1099-K income was spread over the three schedules in case the IRS is unable to match the amounts. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Given my situation, is there a better way to do it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can skip the schedule c since it’s a small amount but I do have 2 rentals that I’ve been filing 2 diff schedule e’s with. Any advice is appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There isn't for last for 2022. &amp;nbsp;You'll have to move forward the way you've planned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For 2023 the optimal plan is to create separate online payment accounts for each entity.&lt;/P&gt;
