As a landowner, how do I report farming rental income?

I purchased a non-US farm that I rent out to the tenant farmer for cash. The assets consist of a farmhouse, barn, fields, fencing, roads and woodlands. I do not materially participate other than fulfill certain obligations of road maintenance, fence repairs and replacement, insurance and building maintenance.

I believe I report income and expenses on Sch E and do not need Form 4835. Can anyone confirm this? What can be depreciated?
