      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will enter it all in the 1098 T section for your personal home expenses.&amp;nbsp; Then as you walk through the rental questions TurboTax will let you link that mortgage interest with the rental property and will prorate the interest you paid then decrease the amount that is deducted on Schedule A for your itemized deductions by the amount it allocates to the rental portion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
