      <description>&lt;P&gt;That would be royalty income reported in box 2 of the 1099-MISC, whereas rental income is reported in box 1. Work through the Property Profile section again. Sounds to me like you did not change the default selection of Rental Property, to Royalty Property or payment.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="roylaty.png" style="width: 858px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/27152iD0964A1597C6CBEC/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="roylaty.png" alt="roylaty.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
