Your brokerage would have send the IRS a copy of your 1099B and when they see that you have not entered it, a mismatch can occur causing delays.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;while all trades are supposed to be reported, you gave us the gain. what about the sales proceeds because that's what the IRS will be looking for.&lt;/P&gt;
