      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;No&lt;/B&gt;, you don't get refunded from the loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The loss is subtracted from your other income, and is then used to calculate your taxable income, which is what your tax is figured on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
