      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;Although TN does not have an income tax return, rental property located in MS is taxable in MS as&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;nonresident&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;income.&amp;nbsp; You should file a MS&amp;nbsp;nonresident return to report this income and pay their&amp;nbsp;tax.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
