I am trustee preparing a 1041 for a trust for the first time. The revocable trust belonged to my mother who passed away on 12/31/19. The beneficiary was my father who received the trust assets in Oct 2020. He passed away later in Oct 2020. TurboTax is asking for the SS# or EIN and address for my father, the beneficiary. Since he is deceased I assume I would use his EIN, but what address would I use?. Mine as the trustee preparing the return?

It is difficult to make a determination without actually reviewing the trust document but if the trust was revocable (a grantor trust) prior to the passing of your father, then you should use your father's SSN and input the information from the (presumably grantor) trust on his final return.

Regardless, you need an EIN for the trust and should use your address.

Thanks for the advice!. My mothers trust has an EIN. My father also has an EIN for his estate. But yes he was alive when the trust assets were moved to him in 2020 so I will use his SS# to avoid any confusion.
