Turbo Tax didn't generate the necessary Schedule B for cashed in US Savings bonds using the accural interest reporting method. How do I get a Schedule B?

According to Pub.550 for 2018, a Schedule B must be file if you received a Form 1099-INT for U.S. savings bond interest that includes amounts you reported in a previous tax year. Turbo tax did not generate Schedule B even though when entering the information on turbo tax for the bond interest, I checked the box that some of the interest had been previously reported.

Prior to checking that box, you were asked to enter any adjustment amount. Your ”adjustment” is the amount of previously reported interest. You must enter an amount to generate Sch B
