      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will probably have to treat them as two separate properties to take expenses. The program is set up for multi-family and multi-unit, but there is a presumption that at least one unit was all personal.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you treat them as two separate properties, divide the property by square footage. Allot equal mortgage interest and property taxes to both, but add the separate expenses appropriate to each.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with Coleen on this. Treat each property as a physically separate entity, and enter each property in Turbotax as two physically separate entities.&lt;/P&gt;
