      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do not own the land under your trailer, but are simply paying lot rent, then you have no taxes to deduct. They belong to the owner of the land, your landlord, and only they get to deduct the tax bill they paid on the land they own.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
