You enter the K-1 information in the Business Items, Schedule K-1. There is a screen (if this is a 1065 K-1) that it titled Describe the Partnership. You check the box that the This Partnership ended in 2019 or that Disposed of a portion of my interest in partnership in 2019.

Then the program asks Tell us about you Sale?

Then you enter the information according to how you disposed of your interest in the partnership.
