      <description>&lt;P&gt;no.&amp;nbsp; first since you collect rent there's nothing to deduct. since this is rented to a relative at less than fair market value expenses are limited to rental income.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you also have to list as personal days all the days she did not pay fair market value.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;this is true regardless of wether she is disabled or not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IRC code section 280A(d)(3)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
