      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you are AD/MIL stationed in FL for the entire 365 day tax year of 2019. But since FL does not tax personal income, it doesn't matter.&amp;nbsp; TN also doesn't tax personal income (except for unearned interest and dividend income). Therefore you are required to file a GA non-resident state return to report your rental income/expenses. WHile no state tax will be assessed because your rental property will most likely show a loss "on paper", you are still required to file the GA state return. You will "realize" those losses when you sell the property in the future, and if sold at a gain you will pay state taxes on any gain you may realize on the sale.&lt;/P&gt;
