      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should receive a Form 1099-B from the brokerage if you sold any stock in 2019.&amp;nbsp; The brokerage usually will send out the 1099-B in late January or early February.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You get a 1099 for investments. &amp;nbsp;A 1099B for sales and 1099INT &amp;amp; 1099DIV &amp;nbsp;For interest and dividends. &amp;nbsp;You don't get a D, &amp;nbsp;you fill out schedule D. &amp;nbsp;The brokers haven't sent the 1099s yet. &amp;nbsp;Wait for it. &amp;nbsp;Do not file until you get all your info and forms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
