      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;No, &lt;/B&gt;you do not need to report a net rental loss on VA rental property as a nonresident of VA. Virginia "conforms" to federal law in that the computation of Virginia taxable income begins with federal adjusted gross income (FAGI) so if no income related to this rental property is being reported for federal income tax purposes then no VI-source income to report.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
