      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are reporting the rental on a Sch E&amp;nbsp; then you do not need to issue 1099-misc forms to contractors ... just make sure to get receipts for your records in case you are audited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
