I clicked that I do not rent, but I do and I have a LC-142 form from my landlord that I would like to fill out. Does anyone know how I can go back and change it?

You can go to the State Taxes tab and click the Edit butt...

You can go to the State Taxes tab and click the Edit button to the right of your state return. You'll be able to review and change all of the questions you answered.

For some states, once you answer a question a certain way, you won't be able to change it. If that's what you are saying is happening then if you delete your state and add it back, your situation should be resolved.

To do so, log into your return and go to the State Taxes tab and click the Delete (or trash can icon), next to the Edit button. Confirm that you want to remove it and then you'll be able to select your state and add it back in. Then, you'll be able to change your answer to yes I rent.
