The Partner's Ownership Percentages are entered in the Business Info section of the tax return in TurboTax Business.

Under the Business Info tab, select the Partner/Member Information tab. Then select which partner you want to edit and you will eventually be brought to the section where you can enter the ownership percentages. You can also identify if profit and loss percent allocation is different than ownership percent. See sample screenshot attached.
