      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would only receive a 1099 form, and would only need to file one if you sold stock from your account, or if &amp;nbsp;you received dividend or interest income in the account in 2016. &amp;nbsp;Dividends and interest need to be reported even if you used the money to reinvest in more stock in that company. &amp;nbsp;If you believe you need the form 1099 for 2016, you should call your investment advisor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
