Several questions for my sister before she orders her TurboTax (they must file paper returns - they cannot e-file)
1) Husband is self employed contractor with NO deductions - Can she use the download of Premier?
2) They have rental property - Can she use Premier?
3) One rental property earned no income, but had repairs. Repairs were both capital and minor repairs. Can these be deducted on the home when it did not earn income? (Home is now on market for sale)
4) A company issued her a 1099-misc for income from Jan-Feb 2016, however, it was on a 2017 form. What does she do?

I will be helping her with her filings for 14/15/16
