      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, TurboTax doesn't handle it well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest work-around is to say it WAS rented (you may need to say it was rented for 15 days), and that it was sold.&amp;nbsp; It will have a spot asking for your passive loss carryover.&amp;nbsp; Just don't enter any income, expenses, or assets/depreciation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
