When your spouse sells stock from this account, she has to report capital gains or losses. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dividends are taxable even when they are re-invested. Dividends are reported on form 1099-DIV issued by your stockbroker.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
