      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming that you're the landlord and report the rental income on Schedule E.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That would be a deductible expense on Schedule E where you would report your rental income.&amp;nbsp; A category such as repairs would be appropriate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
