TurboTax Premier is the appropriate version of TurboTax to handle all aspects of rental properties.

If, in addition, to rental income/expenses you have self-employment income (i.e 1099MISC independent contractor or a sole proprietorship business), then you would need the higher version of Self-Employed. But, if its just rental income and expenses, including the purchase of the property, then Premier is appropriate.
