      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, if you have a rental activity in that state and pay these taxes, this is a deductible expense incurred by the rental to make income.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under the tax expense is the place to put it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
