      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; The rental/personal days are entered when they actually happen.&amp;nbsp; They are used to prorate the expenses.&amp;nbsp; When you receive the income does not affect that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
