      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes if you are filing jointly with your spouse.&amp;nbsp; When you are answering questions about the rental/royalty income on schedule E, one of the questions is who owns the property, Me, spouse, or both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get to this section&amp;nbsp; type rental in the search box and hit enter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Jump to rental "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;answer a few questions until you get to screen asking about the location and who owns the property.&amp;nbsp; Here you can designate either spouse as the owner and it should carry to the state return.&amp;nbsp; See screen print attached.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
