      <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not have to amend your tax return for this purpose, be sure to maintain all of your records with your tax return files.&amp;nbsp; If the IRS wants you to mail the Form 8949, they will let you know.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Occasionally, this is requested even if you E-filed your return.&amp;nbsp; If this occurs, you can send a copy of your 1099 statement as well, if not there is nothing else required right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
