      <description>&lt;P&gt;Capital gains are not on a W-2 form (which is for wages), but do appear on your tax return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must upgrade to TT Premier. Was the loss actually only $1?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
