      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yes, you do&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Since they are reported to you on a &lt;STRONG&gt;Form 1099-DIV,&lt;/STRONG&gt; that is the same as you receiving the cash, then handing it back over to be invested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
