Having the same problem. After it says information was received, it doesn't transfer into the program. Anyone have a fix????

Same problem. It imported my stock transactions (1099-B) and added them to my return just fine, but it refuses to add my 1099-INT and 1099-DIV to my return even though I can see they both imported correctly to TurboTax.

Some customers will need to allow the Intuit site permission to access your local network.

If you have already denied permission, you will need to reset it.

In Chrome, you can do this by clicking on the View Site Information icon to the left of the address bar. Turn on Local Network Access.

@JamesG1 - thanks for the link, but that's a different issue. I could see very plainly that TurboTax had successfully imported the 1099-INT, 1099-DIV and 1099-B from my Schwab account. I could see all of the information that was imported. The problem is that the program simply refuses to put the 1099-INT and 1099-DIV information into the tax forms. The values of both INT and DIV remained as 0 for my return. The 1099-B information was added to the tax forms properly and without issue. This combination of data shows that this isn't a permissions issue on my local network.

It was simple enough to manually enter my 1099-INT and DIV information so I could finish my taxes, but it was kind of annoying that something so fundamental didn't work.

In my case the problem (now resolved) was related to browser permissions.

The frustrating part was that the download was reported as done, but the browser window stayed open and the import never happened (no error messages were presented).

I have the same issue with my Fidelity Investments import. Fidelity had emailed the other day that their tax data is ready, so, tried importing today, but, not a complete import.

Exactly. I called Turbo Tax Support to report thr issue and hope to have an update, but they refused to understand the issue and log a ticket.

My ticket was closed without resolution. When I asked why, support said I will get a call from Supervisor, which I never did.

I've been a WinTax/TurboTax user for 30 years, and this year I'm totally disappointed.

The idea is that they are forcing people to buy Premier edition

I am baffled by this failure for TurboTax 2025 Premier to

download my stock sale info from Fidelity brokerage (National Financial Services, LLC)

as it did in previous years

Am I missing something? Do I need to do all this detail transaction detail?

Do I need to provide detail transaction data (each stock transaction) to e-file file my return?

I was able to manually enter all the SUMMARY proceeds stock transaction data into TurboTax by

copying it in manually from my printed National Financial Services report

My TurboTax program seems happy with this and is ready to let me e-file,

but I am not certain that my filing is really complete

There have been numerous Windows security updates recently that have made importing difficult this year. Some 'fixes' are just too technical for the average user to want to try.

In the days before 'imports' became available, what we entered in our tax returns was Category Summary Totals. Remember the IRS already has copies of all your 1099's and all they really want you to report is Gain/Loss, ST/LT.

Depending on what categories of transactions you have, that's all you need to do. If you had a certain category (like Wash Sales), your Filing Instructions will tell you if you need to mail anything additional after Efiling.
