      <description>&lt;P&gt;Enter it as a sale for $0, like if you got a 1099B for it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Federal Taxes on left or Personal (Home &amp;amp; Business)&lt;BR /&gt;Wages &amp;amp; Income (Personal Income)&lt;BR /&gt;Then scroll down to Investment Income&lt;BR /&gt;Then Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B) - click Start&lt;BR /&gt;Then click +Add Investments at the bottom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then Import your info OR &lt;STRONG&gt;Skip Import at the bottom&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then pick box Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds - then Continue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Enter the bank or broker or the name (it's not important what you put)&lt;BR /&gt;Answer some general questions and Continue&lt;BR /&gt;Then Continue a couple more screens and you finally get to the 1099B entry screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp; It did.&amp;nbsp; I have to say it is a crazy way to input an investment write off.&amp;nbsp; Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, as crazy as a drunken loon.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;they rewrote the interface for many items in the 2024 versions for which I give them an F-. shouldn't have changed. oh well, we'll have to see if they further muck up the app for 2025 and I'm not even referring to W11.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
