Quality seems to have gone downhill. For example,</P><P>Questions that are unclear why they want to know.</P><P>If you have to download your brokerage info a second time, TT doubles up on the information from retirement accounts and after you you see your taxes explode, you have to search and make the correction yourself</P><P>Related to brokerage downloads, I have 4 accounts with Schwab and all are listed exactly the same in TT as "Schwab" with no separate identification or account number.
