      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this is a business, not a rental property, when it asked you if you "Materially Participate", did you say "yes"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it asked if you all investment was "At-Risk", did you say "yes"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
