Is home inspection done by owner while preparing to sell a deductible expense?

While preparing to sell my rental property, my realtor recommended getting a home inspection to identify any issues with the property. Can I deduct this as an expense? Thanks.

If done by a qualified home inspector, prior to the sale, the cost of the inspection can be entered as a Selling Expense.
