Yes, if you pay any out of pocket qualified education expenses including tuition, you can claim an education credit.

To enter the program, here are the steps (online):

Sign into your account and select Take me to my return
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1098t and Enter (Upgrade might be prompted)
Select Jump to form 1098T
On screen, "Do you want to enter your higher education expenses?" answer Yes.
