topic Don't I have to send the IRS my 1098'S and my 1099? in Education

I had e-filed my returns and both were rejected because the routing number was wrong. I corrected it and refiled, but still get told they are rejected. I just read where if rejected, for that reason, the IRS will send a paper check to my home address. But does't the IRS need to see my 1098's and 1099, or is a copy of these sent directly to them?

A copy of the tax documents is sent to the IRS as well so...

A copy of the tax documents is sent to the IRS as well so if you e-file you do not need to send these in. You are able to remove the direct deposit information form your return and select a check to be mailed (that should resolve your issue with the rejection).
