How can we deduct tuition for an online certificate course organized by a non profit org (edX) but actually offered by Harvard Univ? No 1098T.

This course is related to career enhancement while working full time.

TT program allowed this credit without the 1098T under the condition if the entity does not issue a 1098T which is true as a nonprofit organization, the edX does not issue any 1098T.

Should it be OK to proceed to take this credit as TT did not produce any error?

Unfortunately, expenses such as this are no longer deduct...

Unfortunately, expenses such as this are no longer deductible under the new law.
