TurboTax is not matching 1098-T education exp. to my 529 distribution on 1099-Q because AGI is too high to claim tuition. How do I get Turbotax to do this?

I don't believe I should owe taxes since the amount on my 1098-T box 1 matches my 1099-Q box 1, but TurboTax won't let me enter my 1098-T to claim deductions because my AGI is >$180,000. How do I fix this?

Form 1098-T is an informational document. It is used to determine eligibility for education tax credits or taxable scholarships. The information is not reported on your tax return. If you are not claiming a credit for Education Expenses, and 100% of the distribution from your 529 was used for qualified education expenses, then you don't need to report your Form-1099-Q. If you don't qualify for education credits and you used 100% of the 529 plan distribution for qualified education expenses in the year of the distribution, then you don't need to enter/report either the 1098-T or the 1099-Q.
