&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A. No.&amp;nbsp; But, your husband does. He can claim the tuition credit, since she is his dependent, this year, even if he was not the one that paid the tuition.&amp;nbsp; Next year, you claim it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
