Education expense still shows $0

My wife is back in college, and I'm entering her 1098 T form and once I click "continue" it brings me back to the first question ( something like "what is the schools name"). It's like a never ending loop of entering the form and it brings me right back- like it doesn't acknowledge the form entry.

Then back at the deduction/credit page it still shows $0 for expenses. We've paid some $15k last year in tuition and no scholarship/grant money. Maybe I'm missing something, maybe it doesn't even matter. Shouldn't it say what we've paid under expenses? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you've entered something. Delete the student and start over.

Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary". Click delete next to the student's name. You'll then get the "Your Education Expenses Summary" screen again. Click the "Add a student" button.
