Hello!

I made 120 payments via the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and the balance of my loans were discharged in 2023. I was also refunded for all of the payments I made during COVID. Does any of that need to be included in my taxes?

No, the discharge of your student loans due to working in Public Service is not a taxable event. Neither is the refund of the payments you made during the COVID pandemic taxable. You don't need to report either of them on your tax return.
