      <description>&lt;P&gt;Travel and Room and Board expenses are not deductible as they are not qualified education expenses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The cost of books and supplies is deductible only if you are claiming the American Opportunity Tax Credit (AOTC).&lt;/P&gt;
