      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The costs of commuting to and from work---including parking, etc. are never deductible.&amp;nbsp; And job-related expenses are not deductible on a federal tax return for W-2 employees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
